Four Pillars of PRAVILO Practice

Every effective PRAVILO session requires four elements working together. Remove any one, and the experience is diminished.

01

Equipment

A professional wooden frame with four attachment points -- wrists and ankles. Mechanical winch or rope system for precise traction control. Professional-grade components designed for safety and durability.

02

Method

Not just stretching. A system of breathing protocols, body reading, trauma-aware techniques, temperature work, meditation, and coaching. Backed by fascia science, polyvagal theory, and somatics.

03

Environment

A safe, calm space. Temperature, lighting, sound -- all matter. The practitioner creates an atmosphere where the nervous system can shift from stress mode to recovery mode.

04

Practitioner

A trained master who reads the body, adjusts traction, applies manual techniques during the session. Guides breathing, holds space for emotional release. This is not a passive stretch.

What a Session Looks Like

A typical session lasts 60-90 minutes and follows a structured flow:

01

Intake & Intention

Conversation about your goals, concerns, and current state. Setting a clear intention for the session. Body assessment.

02

Warm-Up & Breathing

5 cycles of deep breathing. Body scan. The practitioner calibrates their own nervous system first -- calm transfers to you through co-regulation.

03

Connection to the Frame

Wrist and ankle cuffs attached to the frame's four points. Starting position is comfortable -- no force at the beginning.

04

Progressive Traction

Gentle stretch increases gradually. The practitioner reads your body, adjusts angle and intensity. Spinal decompression begins within 2-3 minutes.

05

Deep Work

Manual techniques during traction: trigger point work, fascial release, rocking, temperature shifts. Emotional release may happen naturally -- this is normal and welcome.

06

Integration & Grounding

Slow release from traction. Rest period. Breathing exercises. Your body needs time to integrate what happened. Many people describe a sense of deep calm.

Who is PRAVILO For?

One method, different doors. Different people come for different reasons. But everyone stays for the depth.

Athletes & Active People

Recovery, injury prevention, mobility. Surfers, MMA fighters, CrossFitters, runners. PRAVILO works deeper than foam rolling or physiotherapy because it addresses the entire fascial network at once.

Yoga Practitioners

You have hit a plateau. Your body can go deeper but your solo practice cannot take you there. PRAVILO opens ranges of motion you did not know existed.

People with Chronic Pain

Back pain, neck stiffness, compressed spine from years of sitting. Spinal decompression and fascial rehydration can reduce chronic pain by 40-60% in 4-8 weeks of regular practice.

Stress & Burnout

The vagal pathway activates within 5-15 minutes on the frame. Your nervous system shifts from fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest. Better sleep, reduced anxiety, emotional clarity.

Seekers & Self-Discovery

The body stores emotions, survival patterns, unprocessed experiences. PRAVILO creates conditions for these to surface safely. Many describe it as "meeting yourself for the first time."

Future Practitioners

You feel called to this work. You want to carry it to the world. The path starts here: learn the method, transform yourself, then guide others through certification.
