What is PRAVILO?

A 2,500-year-old traction principle. A modern device. A practice that changes how you feel in your body.

Overview

PRAVILO is a body practice centered around a professional wooden frame that creates full-body traction. Your hands and feet are connected to four attachment points, and the frame gently stretches your entire body simultaneously. It is not a workout. It is not massage. It is something fundamentally different.

Unlike stretching a single muscle or getting a localized massage, PRAVILO works with all myofascial lines at once -- the interconnected tissue network that runs through your entire body. This creates a total-body reset that no other method can achieve.

The practice combines three elements that must work together: a powerful instrument (the frame), a deep methodology (breathing, body reading, trauma-aware techniques), and a trained practitioner who guides the session. Without all three, it does not work the same way.

A Brief History

5th Century BC -- Hippocrates

The Scamnum: a wooden bench for treating fractures and spinal deformities through axial traction. The principle of body traction is at least 2,500 years old.

2nd Century AD -- Galen

Advanced traction methods in Rome, adding manual pressure during the stretch.

Pre-WWII Russia -- Pravil'shchiki

Every village had bone-setters and healers who "corrected" the body. The word "pravilo" comes from "pravit'" (to correct), the same root as "pravda" (truth).

2003 -- The Modern Device

The modern PRAVILO frame was created. Patented in 2008 (utility model patent #71256). The device is 20 years old. The principle is 2,500 years old.

2016 -- PRAVILOworld

Founded in Vietnam. Today: a center in Kaba-Kaba, Bali. 10 years of method development, thousands of sessions, certified instructors.

Three Pillars

PRAVILO is a mastery path, not a stretching device. Three pillars must work together:

The Instrument

A professional wooden frame with four attachment points. Not a home gadget -- professional equipment that creates full-body traction.

The Method

Breathing, trauma release, meditation, coaching, massage techniques, temperature work. A system, not random techniques.

The Practitioner

A trained master who reads the body and chooses the right tools. Guides the session, creates space for transformation.

What Happens During a Session

A typical session lasts 60-90 minutes. Many people describe the experience as "the stretch you have never had" -- 10x deeper than yoga or massage.
