Not Stretching.
Not Massage.
Something Deeper.

PRAVILO is a full-body traction practice using a professional wooden frame. Your hands and feet connect to four points, and a trained practitioner guides the session -- reading your body, adjusting intensity, using breathing and manual techniques.

Three pillars make it work: the instrument, the methodology, and the practitioner. None works without the other two. The result is a practice 10x deeper than yoga or massage.

What People Say

"Level 1 gave me a framework I could use with clients from day one. The anatomy work alone was worth the trip to Bali. I came as a yoga teacher and left as a bodywork practitioner."

"As an osteopath, I was skeptical. By day three I was rethinking protocols I'd been using for years. Level 2 changed how I approach the spine - not just the structure, but the nervous system relationship."

"I flew in from Bangkok not knowing anyone. Left with a practice, a peer network, and my first clients booked within two weeks. The community Sergei has built is as valuable as the training itself."

Frequently Asked

What is PRAVILO exactly? +
PRAVILO is a body practice using a professional wooden frame that creates full-body traction. A trained practitioner guides the session, using breathing, manual techniques, and precise traction control. It works with the entire fascial network simultaneously -- unlike stretching or massage that address isolated areas.
Is it painful? +
No. The traction is always gradual and controlled by the practitioner. You should feel a deep stretch, but never pain. The practitioner reads your body's response and adjusts intensity throughout the session. Communication is constant.
How is it different from yoga or stretching? +
Regular stretching works with one muscle group at a time. PRAVILO works with all myofascial lines simultaneously through four attachment points. Additionally, a trained practitioner applies manual techniques during the traction, and the method includes breathing protocols and nervous system regulation. Many practitioners describe it as 10x deeper than yoga.
Who is PRAVILO for? +
Everyone from curious beginners to professional athletes. Common reasons people come: chronic back pain, stress and burnout, injury recovery, flexibility improvement, emotional processing, athletic performance, or simply wanting to try something genuinely new.
Where can I try it? +
Our flagship center is in Kaba-Kaba, Bali. We also have certified instructors in 16+ countries. Use the instructor map on this site to find a practitioner near you.
Can I become a certified practitioner? +
Yes. The instructor certification program runs annually in Bali. Level 1 (7 days, $1,100) teaches the foundation. Level 2 (14 days, $3,500) adds advanced protocols and trauma-informed work. No prior bodywork experience is required for Level 1.
Why do people cry during sessions? +
Emotional release happens in about 30-50% of sessions. It is a natural physiological response: the body stores survival patterns as chronic muscle tension, and when traction releases that tension, stored emotions can surface. This is not a problem -- it is a sign the nervous system is processing and healing.
