Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PRAVILO Academy student portal at praviloworld.com/academy ("the Portal"), operated by PRAVILO WORLD ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account and using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

About the Portal

The Portal is an online learning platform for participants of the PRAVILO Instructor Training program. It provides course materials including video, text, and PDF content organized into training modules.

Account Registration

To use the Portal, you must create an account using either an email and password or Google authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Enrollment and Access

Account registration alone does not grant access to course materials. Access to training levels (Level 1, Level 2) is granted by PRAVILO WORLD administrators based on your enrollment in the Instructor Training program.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or revoke your access at any time, including in cases of Terms violation or non-payment of course fees.

Intellectual Property

All content available through the Portal - including but not limited to videos, text, images, PDF documents, training protocols, and methodologies - is the intellectual property of PRAVILO WORLD and is protected by copyright.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate course materials
• Distribute, share, or make materials available to third parties
• Record, screenshot, or capture video content
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any materials
• Use materials to create competing products or services

Course materials are provided for your personal learning as part of the Instructor Training program only.

Acceptable Use

When using the Portal, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Portal systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Portal
• Interfere with or disrupt the Portal's operation
• Use the Portal for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of Liability

The Portal and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PRAVILO WORLD is not liable for:

• Temporary unavailability of the Portal due to maintenance or technical issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Portal
• Loss of data due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to course materials will be immediately revoked.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
