This Privacy Policy describes how PRAVILO WORLD ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the PRAVILO Academy student portal at praviloworld.com/academy ("the Portal").

Who We Are

PRAVILO WORLD is a body practice center based in Bali, Indonesia. The Portal is an online learning platform for participants of our Instructor Training program.

What Data We Collect

When you register and use the Portal, we collect:

• Account information - your full name, email address, and country (provided during registration)
• Google profile data - if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google
• Learning progress - which modules you have completed and when
• Authentication data - session tokens stored as cookies in your browser (see our Cookie Policy)

We do not collect payment information through the Portal. Course payments are processed separately through our booking system.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Provide access to the Instructor Training course materials
• Track your learning progress across modules
• Manage enrollment and course administration
• Communicate with you about your training program

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored using the following services:

• Supabase - cloud database for user accounts, profiles, enrollments, and progress data (hosted in AWS infrastructure)
• Cloudflare Workers - processes requests and serves the Portal (no persistent data storage)

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication cookies are HttpOnly and Secure, preventing client-side script access.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction - ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Deletion - request that we delete your account and associated data
• Export - receive your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, email us at praviloworld@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

We keep your account and progress data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be retained.

Children's Privacy

The Portal is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
